Farming one of our favorite varieties (SL28) in phosphorous-rich, red clay soil, Kenyan farmers of the Thiriku Coop are compensated well above the market rate for high-quality coffee cherries. This group lot showcases classic Nyeri flavors of purple fruit and lemonade. A light-medium roast calls attention to this washed coffee's stunning brightness - shining in pour-over, cold brew, press pot, and longer espresso pulls.
