Washed coffees from the Guji region of southern Ethiopia are amongst our favorites, and with good reason! Guji's towering elevation and rich, red soil yield sweet florals, ripe fruits, and delicate sugars. Just down the road from the village of Uraga, Buki Washing Station processes fresh coffee cherry for local smallholder farmers. Buki's delicate fruit + florals pop in pour over and filter preparations.
