Shipping policy

Vignette stands for freshness. We ship as quickly as reasonably possible based on our Monday / Wednesday / Friday roast schedule. Coffee orders received by 12:00pm U.S. Eastern Time will be roasted and shipped on the very next roast day. Any order not containing coffee will be shipped the very next weekday. We are not liable for USPS / UPS shipping delays.

Most packages are shipped UPS with some smaller retail orders shipping United States Postal Service. UPS publishes shipping rates based on total weight. Due to packaging, shipping weight may be slightly more than product weight. Products on this site will be delivered only within the United States. For delivery outside of the continental U.S., or for additional shipping information call 336-617-0024. All prices displayed on the site are in U.S. Dollars.
