PRODUCTION ASSISTANT + LEAD BARISTA
HYBRID ROLE - PT / FT

Wage:

Production Assistant wage: $15 - $20 / hour
Barista wage: $8 - $12 / hour + tips (cash + card)

Location:

Greensboro, North Carolina

Hours: 

Monday 12pm - 5pm
Wednesday 12pm - 5pm
Thursday 7:30am - 5pm
Friday 7:30am - 5pm
Saturday 8:30am - 2:00pm

The Role:

As a Production Assistant-Barista Lead, you will apply your enthusiasm, excellent focus, attention to detail and skill set to the following:

Production Assistant:

• Packing roasted coffee 
• Preparing orders for shipping
• Cleaning and maintaining the Production and Roastery work areas
• Taking part in weekly cuppings and quality control
  

Barista Lead

• Embodying a warm, hospitality-forward mode of service
• FOH Role: Taking orders, handling money, cup prep, batch brewing, pour overs, restocking, running drinks, co-worker support
  
• Barista Role: Executing drink orders, cup prep as able, keeping a tidy bar
• Dialing-in espresso, batch brew, pour overs, and cold brew
• Opening and closing duties
• Cleaning and maintaining the Tasting Room work and customer areas

Our ideal candidate will be focused, passionate about their work, and want to learn more about coffee!

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role is helpful but not required
• Ability to focus and show attention to detail
• Willingness to work collaboratively with your team to meet deadlines 
• Motivated in a fast-paced environment
• Have evidence of the right to work in the US
• Please note: Regular heavy lifting is involved in this role.
