Working in coffee since the late 1800's, the Vivenza family takes great care to produce specialty coffees in large format. Since purchasing their first parcels of land in 1998, they have grown Fazenda Conesol to 430 hectares, dedicating about half of the land to high-grade Bourbon varieties. Rainforest Alliance / UTZ Certified, the Vivenza family is passionate about using best practices to protect both environment and staff. This single-variety (Yellow Bourbon) farm-specific lot yields smooth, sweet flavors and a full body that pairs perfectly with milk. Dark roasting further develops this natural coffee's deep, mellow character - a classic profile for batch brews and almost "golden" espresso pulls.
