Giving thanks for the sun, the soil, and exceptional varieties like Caturra, Villatoro orchestrates each of these elements with harmony, producing a sweet, jammy cup from high in the hills of Huehuetenango. Higher elevations bring cooler nights, developing a cherry-like juiciness. We strive to preserve this pleasant brightness with a light-medium roast, while also capturing the clean fermentation aspect of Villatoro's washed process that pops like blackberry jam, making it ideal for those seeking a layered, fruit-forward cup.
