We Taste - Tangerine, panela, delicate
Oswaldo Elera places a strong emphasis on sustainable quality and we're here to champion his mission. Organic practices such as incorporating compost, guano de isla, and Yaramila into the farms' annual fertilization gives Red Bourbon and Red Catuaí coffee trees the nourishment they need to bear sweet, flavorful fruit. Working with his wife, Vilma, and their two children, Oswaldo aspires to take care of his family, the land, and compete in local and national specialty coffee competitions. Having tasted his coffee and knowing the hard work that went into it, we think he'll achieve whatever he sets his mind to. This year's harvest shines with a clean washed process that allows our medium roasting to showcase a sweet, bright, delicate cup quality that you'll absolutely love. Perfect for all brewing methods, give this lot a week to age off-roast and it'll reward you handsomely.
