We welcome the return of our medium roast LimCof Association, a true crowd-pleaser thanks to superlative balance. 400 smallholder farmer-members group their organically-grown efforts to create a harmony of sweetness, acidity, and body. Limcof's traditional washed process preserves a clean, bright profile, while four Arabica and Arabica-hybrid varieties build complexity at medium-high elevations. Sweet nutty flavors mingle with fresh apple and a pop of citrus to great effect, making this fresh crop Perú perfect for all your favorite brewing methods.
