Clean washed processed coffees from Rwanda and Ethiopia are blended to create a vibrant, sunny cup, distinguished by a cup profile of fresh pink fruit, sweet dried fruit, and an elegant honey-vanilla sweetness. Two weeks off-roast allows this coffee the age it needs to brew its most flavorful extractions.
