Our Summer Seasonal's blend of honey and natural processes yields fun, refreshing flavors, hot or iced. Two sweetly balanced Red Bourbon microlots, Burundi Masha Honey and Rwanda Vincent Rukeribuga Natural shine together, each showcasing a unique process and fermentation character around their shared variety. Rukeribuga's dried-in-the-fruit Natural approach develops a raisined red-purple fruit character, while preserving the Red Bourbon's juiciness from his cooler, high elevation farm. Masha Washing Station on the other hand, coaxes out a sugary, sweetly spiced tropical profile by initially removing the outer pulp before drying the seeds in their sticky pectin mucilage to facilitate what is known as the Honey process. Together, they create a cup full of ripe fermented fruits, juiciness, and plus sweetness, super ideal for cold brew and flash chilled methods.
