Our Summer Seasonal's blend of honey and natural processes yields fun, refreshing flavors, hot or iced. Two sweetly balanced Bourbon-lineage lots, Kenya Nyeri AA Washed and Rwanda Vincent Rukeribuga Natural shine together, each showcasing a unique process and fermentation character around their shared variety. Rukeribuga's dried-in-the-fruit Natural approach develops a raisined red-purple fruit character, while preserving the Red Bourbon's juiciness from his cooler, high elevation farm. Our Nyeri AA on the other hand, coaxes out a sugary, juicy profile by a unique double soaking process that highlights a rich berry character. Together, they create a cup full of ripe fermented fruits, juiciness, and plus sweetness, super ideal for cold brew and flash chilled methods.
