The Toddy Commercial Model Cold Brew System makes up to 5 gallon batches (2.5 gallon concentrate yield) overnight (12-20 hours). The resulting concentrate is paper filtered, making for a smooth, clean cold brew that lasts for 1-2 weeks when well refrigerated

Grind 5 lbs of your favorite coffee fairly coarsely to yield approximately 2 1/2 gallons of extract.
