We roast Monday / Wednesday / Friday. Order anytime.
Cutoff for a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday roast is the day prior by 12:00pm ET.
Orders received after 12:00pm will be roasted on the next roasting day.
Orders are shipped out at the end of the roasting day and take 1-4 days to ship depending on location.
